Biggest shift for me personally Is I find myself prioritizing Good gameplay over Good Story. I still love a great story, but I have accepted I just don't always have the time to invest in anything too lengthy or risk valuable sleep time. It's just if I have only an hour or two a night to game, I much rather play something that I can pick up and put down easily vs getting sucked into a story I can't pry myself away from.

So Ive been playing Clair Obscure since its release week. Been playing it here and there as I have been working through my backlog. I had left off right before you do the final act, but even then the last act and the way you see fights in the distance just pulled me right into it. It felt like I took a week long break and not the two months I hadn’t touched it.

I saw there was two endings and when I finished one, I reloaded to a previous save and did the other one. Definitely a game that makes you think, in the best way.
